Synthport

Synthport is a dystopian city with an iconic 80s-90s neon retro aesthetic. The city is owned and operated by a large tech conglomerate, Synthtek and is mostly automated. Since the city is monopolized, cost of living and rules are completely at the discretion of the corporation. As the city is almost completely unregulated and the citizens left to their own devices, gangs have formed in pursuit of territory, wealth, rebellion, and reputation.  These dangerous groups will often attack and steal from the corporate machines, fight to claim territory, and perform other impressive stunts. All while publicizing their exploits on social media in hopes to garner more fame and respect.
